HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
By default, shipping takes 2-4 business days. Mostly the product will be at your place in 2-7 business days.


DOES GOOFOR ALSO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE DELIVERY?
In the shipping confirmation email, you will find along also the tracking link for your order, which you can use to track the item online or direct in your GOOFOR account.

WHY HAS MY ORDER STATUS NOT CHANGED YET?
It may be that the order has just been handed over to the logistics company, we believe that you will receive the order in time, so the tracking information still needs to be updated.



WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GOOFOR OFFER?
Our available payment methods are credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google and Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Klarna Sofort (online payment platform).

CAN I TRUST YOUR STORE?
Our entire website runs over HTTPS. We use the latest SSL encryption according to AES-256 for the payment process and we also follow all PCI-DSS standards.

WHY DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS NOT WORK?
There could be several reasons for this, please try another payment method. If this does not work either, send us an email to info@goofor.de, with the subject "payment process". And we will be pleased to help.

Where do I redeem coupons?

Vouchers can be redeemed at the cash desk, in the last step under "discount".



OUR WARRANTY
Most of the products have a Warranty therefore reading the Product description to find the right information.
All products which we selling in our online store are high quality. Our suppliers are from European countries verified. find best prices and best qualities.

MY GOODS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR HAVE NOT ARRIVED AT ALL!
We ask you to be patient for a maximum of 30 working days, your goods may not have arrived yet for various reasons, e.g. delays at customs for more information please check the Refund policy for any extra question kindly contact us at info@goofor.de.

Please follow the steps below:

If you are dissatisfied with your products, all items can be returned to us 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.


Please contact us by e-mail (info@goofor.de).


Give us your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will be notified by email within 24-72 hours.
Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to the shipping address provided with your order.
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on the shipping label.
We will notify you by email when we receive your return.
Once your return has been processed and confirmed, you will receive a refund within 3~10 days.


Important:

The name of the sender on the package must correspond to the name of the customer in our shop for the unique assignment of your return.
