By default, shipping takes 2-7 business days. Mostly the product will be at your place in 2-7 business days.

Standard delivery: 7-14 working days (Mon-Sat)

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.

Can I change when and where my package will be delivered? 

You can! Our shipping partners will send you an e-mail confirmation for your parcel. You can use this to set your desired delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.

If the courier attempts delivery when you're not home, you can see via the parcel tracking whether your parcel has been delivered to a neighbor for example.

Has your parcel been shipped, but not delivered?

You might want to check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered to you within one week after dispatch, please contact us.

Contactless delivery

Our shipping partners offer you contactless delivery. You always receive a notification when your parcel is ready to be delivered. You can then choose a preferred delivery location, e.g. on your doorstep.

In addition to this, there are also other delivery options available. You can for example change the date of delivery if you won't be home on the expected delivery day.

We know receiving your items as soon as possible is important so in some cases, ordered items that can already be shipped will be sent before the others are ready.

Since Partner items are shipped directly from our partners, you will receive these items in a separate package.

If your desired articles will be sent by us separately, we will inform you in advance. For each package sent, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link.
